Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery time

Shipping is free on every order. Estimated delivery is 10 to 15 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays or peak periods.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it becomes available. Please note it can take a few days for tracking information to start updating after dispatch.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and import duties

Orders are shipped internationally and may be subject to import duties or taxes applied by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Order not arrived

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@zavelina.com and we will refund you in full or send a replacement.
